In brief: Indonesia’s Intudo Ventures closes $50m fund aimed at homegrown startups
Indonesia’s Intudo Ventures announced that it has closed a US$50 million fund dedicated to homegrown early-stage startups. The venture capital firm’s second fund welcomed a range of limited partners from the US, Indonesia, and Taiwan, with the majority investment coming from existing partners.
With this new fund, Intudo plans to bankroll 12 to 16 startups, with an initial investment amount of US$500,000 to US$5 million per company.
While the firm is focused on series A investments, it is open to “seed and series B investments in founders and companies with breakout potential.”
