Intelligence platform Near banks $100m to fuel expansion, product development
Near, a platform that offers software-as-a-service products to power data-driven marketing, secured US$100 million in series D round from London-based private equity firm Greater Pacific Capital.
The investment brings the total funds raised by Near to US$134 million. Sequoia Capital and JPMorgan Chase & Co. are among Near’s existing investors.

The company plans to use the new funds to support the launch of its new data products, strengthen its position in existing markets, and expand its presence in key strategic markets, Near founder and CEO Anil Mathews said.
Companies leverage real-world signals such as location and transactions from over 1.6 billion users on Near’s platform for marketing and data enrichment. Near’s flagship product, Allspark, enables end-to-end marketing automation for the company’s clients and partners in more than 20 countries.
Near is present in Asia Pacific, the US, and Europe, working with brands such as News Corp, MetLife, Mastercard, and WeWork.
