As part of the deal, nearly 13,000 of Deeksha’s students will be joining Vedantu’s platform.

The partnership seeks to create a scalable hybrid model by leveraging Deeksha’s offline footprint, which will provide access to affordable quality teaching in Tier 3 and Tier 4 areas as well as help students achieve better learning outcomes through personalized learning algorithms.

Vedantu will also support Deeksha’s learning model in competitive and board examination preparations through collaborations with schools and colleges.

Founded in 1998, Deeksha targets students in grades 11 and 12. The company said it has created over 65,000 success stories through 39 centers in three states.

Meanwhile, more than 1 million students attend Vedantu’s live classes on its platform every month. The tutoring firm added that over 35 million users from over 10,000 cities and 50 countries access its content and services on its platform as well as on YouTube.
