Ninja Van launches PR as a service in Singapore

Singapore-based Ninja Van is rolling out public relations-as-a-service (PRaaS) for businesses that ship with the express delivery firm in the city-state.

The free service aims to boost the growth of businesses through media release development, influencer management, and event support, among others.

Shippers can redeem the PRaaS support through Ninja Rewards, the company’s loyalty program, where they can earn points in exchange for rewards and exclusive services.  The service, however, is only available to those with at least a silver status or more regular Ninja Van users.

In a recent survey conducted by Ninja Van, 44% of its shippers across Southeast Asia expressed their interest in exploring the impact of public relations on their businesses.

Ninja Van has previously launched several value-added services for its shippers across the region, including launching creative hubs in Indonesia and masterclasses in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
