Grab buys majority stake in Ovo from Tokopedia, Lippo Group

“Grab is boosting its ownership of the Indonesian mobile wallet provider Ovo to about 90% by acquiring stakes from Tokopedia and Lippo Group,” Bloomberg reported.

Details:

  • However, Grab is also reportedly in talks with Indonesian investors to sell part of its stake in the Indonesian mobile wallet in a bid to comply with local regulations.
