In brief: Grab to build new $134m headquarters in Singapore
Ride-hailing firm Grab will build a new Singapore headquarters to accommodate its growing team. With an estimated floor area of 42,310 sq m, the building will house all Singapore-based Grab employees and consolidate its current offices. It will also be home to the firm’s largest research and development center.
The S$181.2 million (US$134.5 million) headquarters, which will be developed and managed by Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, will be ready by Q4 2020.
