Moonlight Blade beta starts in July, and check out how beautiful the game's faces are

Tencent’s Moonlight Blade is one of China’s most anticipated new MMORPGs. Its early beta rounds have been received and the next round of closed testing kicks off on July 1. As part of the promotion for that round, the development team has just released a new video showing off what they’ve done with the game’s faces, in particular focusing on the various emotions in-game characters can display. There are nearly thirty different emotions in the game at present.

The video is in Chinese, but you can get the basic gist just by watching it for the game footage. Skip ahead to around the two minute mark and you’ll see a demonstration of some of the most basic ones like laughter, anger, frustration, and surprise.
