Ancient Board Game ‘Go’ Now Playable Online, Includes Tournaments And More Fun Features

The board game Go dates back over 2,500 years, but that doesn’t mean it’s a relic of history. The game is now online, ready for players old or new.

The Go Association of Thailand is partnering with a local company CP All to introduce Thai Go Genius as a resource for all the board game’s lovers in Thailand. Perhaps the best part of the site is Go Online, where players can play online, practice, and participate in a competition. Go Online is an effort to attract the younger generation into the classic board game, and for players to have an online access to Go 24 hours a day both inside and outside Thailand.

The main features of Go Online are:

1.Create your own profile

Players can create their own avatar. It can be a hero, a boy student, a hot sexy young lady, etc. There are 10 characters to pick from.

2.Create your own background location

To play Go Online, a player can also pick a background online from 10 different scenarios to make the game more appealing to look at. The themes range include Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, and Songkran (Thai New Year).

3. Buy a pet

In addition to enjoying the game of Go, good players who win a lot will be rewarded with virtual game currency. This money can be used to purchase virtual pets which can only be bought according to the level of the player.

4. Save progress and write comments
