If you were an active Facebook gamer in Indonesia or Singapore, you probably would have heard of Freesia City, a popular social game created by Dhub Digital.
The game has attracted more than 115,000 monthly active gamers on Facebook and has gathered over 90,000 loyal supporters on its page. Let me explain the game in brief.
Freesia City is a simple and extremely fun-to-play game on Facebook. In this city, you have three jobs to choose from: druid, florist and gardener.
The druid makes perfumes and potions; the gardener plants flowers while the florist turns them into beautiful bouquets. Whatever you produced can be exchanged for coins, which is used to decorate your own house. Freesia City also includes multi-player challenges and quests to ensure the game is highly addictive for gamers.

“Items like clothing and furniture are added regularly. The city also follows international events like Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc and the atmosphere and the items are adjusted accordingly,” Deasy Leann, spokesperson at Freesia City told Penn Olson.
“Our current plan is to get 1 million users in the next couple of months. The game is still in the Closed Beta version, so we’re still in the phase of getting as many gamers as possible. We hope to receive more feedback from fans and improve the game continuously,” said Deasy when asked about future Freesia’s future plan.
Besides coins, diamonds are needed to purchase special items on the game. These diamonds can be won by answering quizzes on the fan page or taking part in any special events. Alternatively, gamers can buy diamonds using Paypal, Credit Card or bank transfer. Freesia City is currently self-funded but will definitely catch investors’ eyes as it continues to acquire more gamers on Facebook. We’ll be keeping track of Freesia City’s progress.
