Previously, we reported that Alucard will be playable in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 – Revelations, but while you’re waiting for that, maybe you’d like to experience seeing more of Alucard in high-definition on your PC.
Because Mirror of Fate HD, the high-definition edition that was released for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 back in 2013, is heading to Steam later this month. According to a press release, the PC version of the game will feature online leaderboards, Steam achievements, and a Boss Rush mode.
Castlevania: Mirror of Fate is set 25 years after Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, and follows the story of Gabriel Belmont’s descendants—Trevor and Simon Belmont—on their mission to face Dracula himself . The game was originally released on March 2013 for the Nintendo 3DS, and later remastered in high-definition (HD) for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 in the same year.
