Taiwan’s NMA Animates Facebook F8 Updates. And It’s Hilarious [VIDEO]

Facebook’s F8 meet-up stole the media limelight in the western world last week. Despite all the coverage and reviews, some might still find the changes and updates somewhat confusing. Worry not, as Taiwan’s NMA has made it easy for everyone to consume all the updates, sort of — in an hilarious fashion. (If you’re impatient, scroll below to catch the video.)

Most of us are seeing the new Facebook design — and with 700+ million users on the social network, there are bound to be some unhappy users.

NMA’s video aptly shows how Facebook users are chained to Facebook’s network effect. No matter how screwed-up Facebook has been, the complaints usually die down after some time, and folks are back to their “Facebookish behavior” — updating their statuses, sharing, and liking.

We’re kinda stuck on Facebook because our networks are there. With that said, change is part of innovation, and that’s why Facebook is constantly tweaking and making things better. For good or bad (I choose the former), you’ve got to salute the team for redefining how we socialize on the web. So what’s in the update for Asia? Nothing much, yet. But we do remember Alexander Kleinberg, head of the Facebook Singapore office, saying that they will be sharing more about the social network’s plans in Asia after F8.
