Founded in 2020, Mesh aims to make it easier for employees and employers to work together to manage goals and facilitate timely feedback, among others. The startup’s catalog includes features such as goal setting, one-on-one check-ins, and performance reviews.

“Mesh was built to ensure that companies today are equipped to manage a new-age workforce with agility,” co-founder Gaurav Chaubey said in a statement.

Several Indian and international firms such as Cred, ShareChat, Gradeup, Pipefy, CleverTap, and Grant Thornton have used Mesh’s services since its launch.

Headquartered in San Jose, California, Mesh is also among the 23 early-stage startups that were picked for investments in Surge’s fifth cohort.
