Koh joined East Ventures as a venture partner in February 2021. Before this, he founded 137 Capital Partners, a fund management platform, and was a director at Singapore-based Temasek Holdings. He is also a founding member of Pavilion Capital, a Temasek-owned company focused on private equity and venture capital.
“It is a privilege for me to join the team that has delivered outperformance and outsized impact to the region’s tech ecosystem,” Koh said in a statement.
East Ventures recently appointed Avina Sugiarto as a venture partner. Sugiarto has over a decade of experience in investing across alternative assets including venture capital, private equity, private credit, and more.
In June 2021, East Ventures named portfolio founder and veteran entrepreneur Italo Gani as venture partner.
