With an impressive background at Google, Yahoo, and SPH Media, Sandra brings deep expertise in digital partnerships, business growth, and scaling technology ecosystems. Her leadership will be instrumental in accelerating Hello Clever’s presence across APAC, ensuring businesses can seamlessly integrate real-time payments and loyalty into their operations.
But Hello Clever’s ambitions go beyond leadership expansion. The company is officially expanding into APAC, establishing Singapore as its new regional HQ. This marks a major step in redefining payments and loyalty across markets such as Japan, Singapore, and the Philippines—bringing businesses a smarter, faster, and seamless way to transact in real time.

He began his career at Standard Chartered Bank, where he gained foundational experience in banking, corporate strategy, and payments innovation, before moving into fintech leadership roles at XanPool and ERON International. With nearly two decades of experience in cross-border payments, digital commerce, and fintech innovation, Raj has built and scaled high-growth payment solutions across APAC, the Middle East, and Africa.
At Hello Clever, Raj will lead efforts to enable businesses to move money instantly, eliminate transaction complexity, and integrate Embedded Loyalty seamlessly—accelerating digital payments adoption across the region.

Oliver Liggayu, Country Lead, Philippines, brings over 30 years of experience in fintech and business development, making him a key driver of Hello Clever’s expansion into the Philippines. With deep expertise in real-time payments, digital finance, and strategic growth, Olie will lead efforts to help local businesses seamlessly integrate Hello Clever’s Embedded Loyalty API, unlocking new opportunities for customer engagement and revenue growth.
