The company’s unified Agent orchestration system connected data analytics with live campaign execution

SINGAPORE, 28 MAY 2026 – When Alibaba Cloud’s Qwen Conference landed in Singapore on May 26, one of the exhibitors drawing attention wasn’t a Silicon Valley startup or a hyperscaler. It was eclicktech — an Xi’an-based, A-share listed marketing technology company that has quietly built one of the more operationally mature AI agent deployments in the global adtech space.

The company showcased a unified Agent orchestration system built on Alibaba’s  Qwen and the Bailian platform. The system connects eclicktech’s internal data platform with business functions spanning top-media account management, marketing insights, budget allocation, creative asset management, and programmatic ad delivery — enabling agents to autonomously monitor performance and execute adjustments in real time.

The headline numbers: approximately 30% reduction in operational costs and over 50% improvement in core workflow efficiency.

From assistant to autonomous operator

What distinguishes eclicktech’s approach is the degree to which agents have moved beyond the “copilot” role. Rather than surfacing recommendations for human review, the system’s agents are authorized to act — pulling live data, generating strategies, and executing changes across campaign workflows without waiting for manual approval at each step.

“The original fragmented chain of content, delivery, and operations has already been integrated into a dynamic system driven by data, models, tools, and agents working in concert,” said Zhang Aodi, eclicktech’s Chief Product Officer, speaking at a visibility growth summit in Shenzhen earlier this year.

The infrastructure underneath

eclicktech’s broader infrastructure runs on Alibaba Cloud’s container and Serverless architecture, with lakehouse-based real-time analytics enabling stable deployment across global markets.

The Singapore event was the international extension of Alibaba Cloud’s broader Agentic push. Just six days earlier, at the 2026 Alibaba Cloud Summit in Hangzhou on May 20, the company unveiled its new flagship model Qwen3.7-Max — purpose-built for agent scenarios and capable of autonomously executing complex tasks over 35-hour continuous runs. Alibaba Cloud CTO Li Feifei framed the shift plainly: “In the past, model service platforms served humans. In the future, the primary users of models will be agents.” The Hangzhou summit drew the leadership of China’s leading AI labs — MiniMax, Kimi, StepFun, and Zhipu — signaling the breadth of the Alibaba Cloud ecosystem. For enterprise operators like eclicktech, this model infrastructure is the foundation on which production-grade agent systems are built.

Token economics as a new frontier

Beyond the marketing automation showcase, Zhang also addressed a less-discussed dimension of enterprise AI deployment at the Singapore event: the operational economics of running large language models at scale.

Drawing on eclicktech’s internal experience, Zhang shared the company’s practices around Token budget governance — managing and optimizing Token consumption to balance cost, performance stability, and output quality across production workloads. The company is currently in early-stage discussions with enterprise clients to package these capabilities into industry-specific solutions tailored for globally-operating businesses.

It was a clear signal that eclicktech is positioning itself not just as a user of AI infrastructure, but as a potential provider of AI operational know-how to other enterprises navigating the same transformation.
