In updated stats from group buy deal aggregator DaTaoTuan which go right up to the end of August, we get a new snapshot of Chinaโs frantic and fragmented daily deals segment. Last time we checked, earlier this summer, we saw Tencentโs QQ Tuan was the king in terms of both market share and revenue.
This time round we see the top 20 deal sites in the country, and also get a good sense of whoโs creating โ and selling โ the most successful packages. Note that DaTaoTuan didnโt scrape revenue figures this time.
