In brief: China education platform lands $255m from Warburg Pincus, others
DaDa, a Shanghai-based online language tutoring platform, has completed a US$255 million series D funding round led by Warburg Pincus. Existing investors TAL Education Company and Yonghua Capital also participated.
Established in 2013, DaDa helps children aged between four and 16 to learn English from native speakers. It also launched French and Spanish learning courses in 2017.
