Border Break and Blazblue announce a collaboration campaign titled ‘BB X BB’
Border Break Scramble Ver. 4.0 and Blazblue: Chronophantasma announced a collaboration campaign today, which is slightly baffling because it seems the only things these two games have in common is that they are both arcade games, and their game initials are both ‘BB’.
Border Break is a third-person mecha action shooter developed by Sega, and Blazblue: Chronophantasma is an anime-styled fighting game from Arc System Works.
There are actually two parts to the campaign. The first is a “BB X BB Collaboration Present” event where players can get item codes from the Border Break or Blazblue: Chronophantasma websites, which may be used to unlock special in-game items. The other is a “BB X BB Play Event”, of which further details will be announced at a later date.
The first phase of the BB X BB Collaboration Present event started today, and the BB X BB Play Event will launch in June. I’m actually really looking forward to seeing how these two completely different games will come together for this collaboration!
