Jaipur-based Tax2win wants to make life easier for India taxpayers. It offers three different kinds of services for income tax filers – file it yourself, CA assisted, or CA reviewed. The company’s future plans include rolling out products that can help with finances, as well as a platform to help people better save and manage their taxes.
3. Hippocampus Learning Center | India (Startup Profile)
Hippocampus Learning Center is an edtech startup that could revolutionize the way much of India looks at preschool. According to the founder, the startup’s services target the poorest of the poor, and reach the most rural of areas, where no such interventions are available.
4. Omise | Thailand (Startup Profile)
Omise is a Thailand-based online payment enabler that offers a set of APIs and tools that allows merchants to accept payments online. It’s the first payment gateway to receive PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certification in Thailand.
5. Xobin | India (Startup Profile)
Hiring portal Xobin emphases on getting hirees to show off their skills early in the game, administering a multiple-choice test and various skills tests to applicants. The company also implements a scoring system that combines all the different testing scores to help rank applicants so the applicant comes to the hiring company already trained and able to build a product from the get-go.
6. Quantifeed | Hong Kong (Startup Profile)
Wealth management startup Quantifeed makes financial management software for financial institutions and their customers. Its apps can be customized for each client’s purposes and they can work online or within a client’s internal network.
