The new service includes pickup, warehousing, supply chain, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. It will also take care of real-time parcel tracking, one-stop after sales services, delivery guarantees, and warranties.

Cainiao has partnered with SaaS platform ShopLazza for a pilot launch of the new service. This integration will allow SMEs to leverage ShopLazza’s enterprise-level logistics system while providing access to Cainiao’s global logistics network. The partnership is seen to increase the SMEs’ overall visibility, productivity, and efficiency, said Cainiao.
