Wavemaker-backed industrial tech firm bags $3m series A money
Ackcio, a Singapore-based startup that builds wireless monitoring solutions for industrial projects, raised S$4 million (around US$3 million) in its latest funding round.

- Ackcio will use the fresh funds to set up shop in more markets and scale up its research and development efforts.
- In the past year, the startup has expanded to 22 countries and serves various industrial sectors, such as construction, infrastructure, mining, and rail. It plans to enter asset-heavy industries such as oil and gas, energy, and power infrastructure.
- The funding comes around a year after Ackcio raised an undisclosed amount of pre-series A funding co-led by Wavemaker Partners and Michael Gryseels, president of digital transformation enabler True Digital Group.
