Web stores have become a game-changer for many businesses. They give them the ability to reach more customers, without the cost of managing a brick and mortar shop.
And now, Lucep wants to make it even easier for you to capture more leads and increase conversion rates on your website with its mobile app.
The setup consists of a widget that resides on your website – like a customer support chat box. It allows prospective customers to enter their contact details and queries, creating a virtual queue of leads. The store owner or salesperson will then receive notifications via the mobile app, along with the personal data provided by each customer, and analytics to determine the best way to engage them.
Lucep was previously covered by Tech in Asia, and is a returning exhibitor from Tech in Asia Singapore 2015.

To achieve this, the team of seven built its own intelligent pattern-recognition algorithm. Any PDF file can be processed instantly.
