Fitness startup HealthifyMe raised US$6 million in series A led by IDG Ventures India, Inventus Capital, and Blume Ventures. The funding comes a year after seed funding from angel investors and Micromax.

The weight loss app, which connects users with nutritionists and fitness trainers, has also rolled out corporate wellness programs with MNCs like Philips, GE, and Cognizant. It syncs with wearables including Fitbit, YuFit, and MiBand. It also has its own fitness band, Rist.

Exfinity Venture Partners led this round with participation from Blume Ventures, Beenext, and Rajat Ranavat, MD of Fung Capital. The startup had received seed funding from growX ventures and angel investors Manish Singhal , Bhupen Shah, and Amit Ranjan.

Unlike other startups in this space, Locus focuses on providing the logistics tech for deliveries. This includes geocoding, tracking, route optimization, and automated dispatches.
