The top 10 VCs made 1,656 deals in Asia since 2011. Here’s where they invest (INFOGRAPHIC)

You’ve probably been hearing a lot these days about how there is a booming number of tech investments in Asia. A report from Internet DealBook suggests that Asia leads the world in terms of tech investment growth. The Tech in Asia database also shows the same trend, as tech investments in Asia doubled from $8.9B in Q1 2015 to $17.2B in Q1 2016.

As the research team at Tech in Asia, we collect public information on tech investments all over Asia on daily basis. We were really curious about which firms actually put in the most money, where they come from, their regions of interest, and so on. We hence created a report on the 10 most active VC firms that have been investing in Asia in the past five years. More on this in the infographic below.
