4 Indonesian SaaS startups to meet at TIA Jakarta 2018

As companies break free from their legacy systems, a steady rise of organizations are turning to cloud computing to modernize their operations and cut costs. The industry is expected to grow by US$76 billion by 2020, with 73 percent of companies purely run on SaaS workflows.
At Tech in Asia Jakarta 2018, the spotlight will shine on the innovators and movers of multiple different industries, including the growing SaaS industry in the region.
Here are four SaaS startups showcasing their tech at the heart of the conference grounds this October 23 & 24.
1) Synergo

Many of the challenges that companies face today revolve around motivating and developing their employees. Synergo aims to address these challenges through their cloud-based and data analytics software service, Synergo Workforce Management Platform.
The startup allows HR managers and business owners to easily set up consistent performance reviews, automatically store and generate performance tracking reports, as well as align team and individual performance goals, all within one platform.
With a simple and user-friendly interface, the platform looks to help companies better manage their human capital through the provision of easily accessible, data-oriented insights and actionable reports.
2) EKRUT

Hiring top talent has been a consistent challenge for businesses. EKRUT is looking to change this by making it easier for employers and qualified job seekers to discover each other through their free and curated marketplace for job search and talent screening.
The startup’s job marketplace makes use of an algorithm-based selection process that employs stringent qualifications to determine companies and job hunters who can participate in the platform.
By focusing on picking people-first companies with exceptional founders, and strictly screening prospective employees, EKRUT aims to ensure easier job fit and reduce overall turnover rates, while hiring the best talent for organizations.
3) SunFish Go

Human resource departments are often muddled with employee management activities such as compiling attendance records, accessing leave requests and performing tax calculations among many others.
To help clear the red tape of these routinary processes and workflows, SunFish Go’s HR management app brings these administrative activities into one accessible and user-friendly application for both managers and employees.
The startup aims to increase overall employee productivity as well as reduce overhead costs by removing the need to for biometric machines, hiring tax consultants, and queuing at banks for employee payroll.
4) Jari

The loaning industry has seen its fair share of digital innovations through the years, either in the form of comparison platforms or application services. But none have focused on credit collections, not until Jari’s cloud-powered solution came along. The fintech-focused SaaS startup helps field workers perform their loan recovery activities with just the touch of a finger on an app.
With the overall goal of making the tedious process of collecting debt easier, Jari offers field workers the capability to perform tasks such as locating customers in an area using GPS, executing multiple transactions with clients, as well as creating billings without the need to carry paperwork around.
