In brief: Myanmar employee benefits startup nets funding from EME Myanmar, Nest Tech
- Yangon-based investment company EME Myanmar and Vietnam-based venture capital firm Nest Tech have invested a six-figure sum in Mote Poh, a Myanmar startup focusing on providing employee benefits services for companies.
- Mote Poh is a localized version of employee benefits program, a concept used by top companies globally. It provides benefits to employees in the form of a rewards booklet, giving out free items and exclusive discounts at shops and restaurants as well as on different activities across Myanmar.
- The startup is building a mobile app and diversifying its loyalty programs.
