Hello reader,
I’ve been in the Philippines with my fiancée for the past week, visiting family and friends that I haven’t seen in years (thanks, Covid-19), and I learned that one of my fiancée’s cousins apparently launched an NFT startup during the pandemic.
It’s been doing insanely well. Not only do his parents no longer need to work, but he also managed to buy a car and even a new house with the money he’s earned from launching the company.
Dude’s just 25 years old and living the startup dream.
In other blockchain news, Indonesia’s GoTo Group acquired a local crypto exchange company called Kripto Maksima Koin for US$8.4 million this week.
