Turning B2B customer calls into viral content

The idea for Posting Machine sparked from a conversation with a founder friend who knew LinkedIn could help drive sales and hiring but struggled to post consistently. Many of his best ideas were buried in customer calls and internal meetings.

That led Hank Wu to build a platform that converts those everyday interactions into targeted content.

😟 Problem

LinkedIn generates 80% of B2B leads acquired through social media. As traditional channels such as cold outreach and paid acquisition become more crowded, B2B software companies are increasingly using founders and executives to build visibility and reach potential customers.

But maintaining a consistent presence on LinkedIn is difficult for busy executives. Writing posts takes time, while external agencies and generic AI writing tools may lack the company-specific context needed to produce useful content.

The result is that valuable insights from customer conversations and internal meetings often remain unused.

💡 Solution

Posting Machine converts information from an executive’s existing workflow into targeted LinkedIn content, in three steps:

  • The software analyzes customer calls, meeting notes, and internal documents.
  • It drafts posts matching the executive’s distinct voice.
  • The platform tracks which potential buyers engage with published content.

The US currently houses roughly 30,000 B2B software companies. Expanding the product to support multiple executives increases the potential contract value to US$5,000 per month. At that target contract value, the total addressable market reaches US$1.8 billion annually.
