StartupRootsSG Panel 1: Which language is right for your startup? PHP, Python or Ruby?

The StartupRootsSG program has kicked off in the past weeks with the interns starting their work in the most challenging and happening startups in Singapore. Their events which are open to many out there will kick off with the first panel that is a common to most entrepreneurs trying to find technology talent. So, the first panel, entitled, “Which language is right for your startup? PHP, Python or Ruby?” brings together the three top community organizers from the various programming groups on a panel.

Synopsis of the panel: A discussion between 3 of our more respected geeks in Singapore, Calvin Cheng (Python), Michael Cheng (PHP) and Sau Sheong (Ruby), on which language is right for your startup. Ranging from things like production speed, to actual code performance, to scaling up, the 3 speakers will share their view points on the different languages available and why you should choose which. Moderated by Raymond Tay.

At the end of the event there will be a call for donations for HackerspaceSG, so please donate if you found the talk useful.
