Meet Q Live, Winners of 2011 Startup Weekend Tokyo [Video]

Q LiveAs we mentioned a few days back, we have been in attendance at Startup Weekend here in Tokyo, Japan to see what kind of great ideas can be produced from the short and very intense three-day event. There was no shortage of creativity among the many teams, but when the dust settled on Sunday evening Q Live was proclaimed the winner.

This particular concept aims to improve the quality of questions posed to a speaker at a live event. The motto is ‘Quality Q&A, No Hassle,’ and the idea is that questions are submitted and voted on in real time during a conference, with only the best questions rising to the top.

We spoke to a few of the team members shortly after their victory was announced, just to hear a little bit about their experience over the past few days (see below).

We’ll have more information to follow about the rest of the projects from Startup Weekend Tokyo. Update: Here are 10 other startup ideas we saw over the weekend.
