Blackberry Wins Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award

RIM just announced today via Kompas that its Blackberry handset has won the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) this year. With the unstable performances of its flagship service Blackberry Messenger, particularly toward the end of this year, I was quite surprised that the company was still able to a garner a high customer satisfaction ranking.

Considering that we’ve had a surge of Android devices making a mark this year, I would’ve thought that Samsung or some other Android handsets maker would have been a more logical winner for this award.

You can see the full list of the winners here.
