Apple’s Tim Cook: Some Mac Production to Shift from China to US in 2013 [VIDEO]

See the video on the NBC link.

US TV network NBC will air an exclusive interview with Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) CEO Tim Cook later today, in which he reveals that “next year we will do one of our existing Mac lines in the United States. […] It’s a really good step for us.” Not many more details are revealed – and it’s doubtful precisely how keen US workers are for low-skilled factory jobs – but it’s an interesting shift away from China for one (small-ish) aspect of Apple’s business.

The whole interview airs tonight at 10pm/9c on NBC’s Rock Center with Brian Williams. Until then, check the two minute preview video at the NBC link.
