Zepto, an Indian quick commerce startup, has launched a 10-minute exchange and return service for select product categories.

This service does not apply to innerwear, gold and silver coins, disposable items like tissues, and utility products such as water filters, based on safety and regulatory requirements.

Customers can inspect their orders upon delivery and use the platform to initiate exchanges or returns by providing necessary proof.

Refunds are processed immediately after validation, but it may take longer for the amounts to reflect in user accounts due to bank processing times.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued as coupons or vouchers equivalent to the amount returned.
