YouTube creator Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, is seeking to raise several hundred million dollars, valuing his company at around US$5 billion.

The funds will support a holding company managing his ventures, including Feastables, Lunchly, and his video production business.

His enterprises generated over US$400 million in revenue last year, and he aims to expand his consumer goods and media operations.

Donaldson has also ventured into streaming with “Beast Games” on Amazon Prime Video, which the platform called its most-watched unscripted series.

He has previously raised funds from Alpha Wave Global and was linked to a bid for TikTok.
