Xpeng plans over 6,000 jobs in 2025

Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Xpeng has announced plans to hire over 6,000 workers in 2025, according to an internal letter written by its founder and CEO He Xiaopeng.

In the letter, the CEO also noted expectations for increased market competition beginning in January, which includes an anticipated price war.

Xpeng, currently operating in 30 countries, plans to expand to over 60 markets by the end of 2025.
