Gelt, an AI-powered tax advisory startup, has raised US$13 million in series A funding, bringing its total to US$21.2 million.

The round was led by Zvi Limon of Rimon Group, with participation from Vintage Investment Partners and TLV Partners.

Yoram Tietz, former EY managing partner and current General Atlantic adviser, has joined as chairman of Gelt’s board.

Founded in 2022, Gelt provides AI-driven tax planning for professionals in technology, healthcare, real estate, and financial services.

The fresh funds will support new features such as advanced planning, multi-state coverage, and predictive tax modeling, while also expanding its CPA and engineering teams.
