Singapore’s Dyna.Ai raises series A to scale enterprise AI

Dyna.Ai, a Singapore AI-as-a-Service firm that builds agentic AI for enterprises, said it closed an undisclosed eight-figure US$ series A led by Lion X Ventures – a Singapore-based VC advised by OCBC Bank’s Mezzanine Capital Unit.

Participants included Taiwan-listed technology company ADATA, an undisclosed Korean financial institution, and a group of finance veterans with decades of industry experience, the company said.

The company said it will use the funding to accelerate deployment of its agentic AI solutions to move enterprises from pilots to operational systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Dyna.Ai said its Results-as-a-Service model and agentic applications are deployed with banks and other financial institutions across Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East.

Irene Guo, CEO of Lion X Ventures, said the investment backs Dyna.Ai’s plans to scale across global enterprise and financial services markets.

Founded in 2024, Dyna.Ai focuses on operationalizing enterprise AI for regulated environments, the company said.

🧠 Food for thought

Implications, context, and why it matters.

Dyna.Ai is selling autonomous AI teams, not just tools

  • Agentic AI systems are built to act on their own, which sets them apart from generative AI tools that only answer prompts 1.
  • These systems can sense their environment, work through multi-step tasks, and learn from results. They can feel more like an autonomous colleague than a reactive assistant 2.
  • Dyna.Ai says it sells agentic AI to enterprises through a “Results-as-a-Service” model. Customers pay for measured business outcomes instead of software access alone 2.

The funding backs Southeast Asia’s AI infrastructure

  • Lion X Ventures, a Singapore-based venture capital firm advised by OCBC Bank’s Mezzanine Capital Unit, is investing as part of a wider regional approach 3.
  • Dyna.Ai says the capital will speed up rollout of its agentic AI in enterprises. The company aims to move clients from pilots to live systems that deliver tracked outcomes 4.
  • Dyna.Ai says banks and other financial institutions already run its applications across Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. It also says it focuses on operationalising enterprise AI for regulated environments 2.
  • As AI “colleagues” spread, human work may tilt toward oversight and strategy. New jobs may grow around orchestration, ethics, and risk engineering 2.
