AI note-taking firm Plaud expands APAC hub
Plaud, a San Francisco-based AI note-taking company, said on June 10 it will expand its Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore.
The company plans to invest more than S$10 million (US$7.78 million), and grow its workforce there to about 150 by the end of 2026.
The Singapore office will oversee Plaud’s regional work on cloud infrastructure, AI development, human resources, finance, treasury, and legal compliance.
Plaud said it is hiring AI engineers, AI agent architects, and data scientists in Singapore.
The office will also become its first research and development hub in Asia-Pacific.
The expansion would bring Plaud’s global workforce to more than 600.
Plaud said its products support 112 languages and are used by more than 2 million professionals globally.
