Valtor Solutions, a construction sourcing and procurement startup focused on Southeast Asia, has raised US$700,000 in pre-seed funding led by climate-tech investor Wavemaker Impact.

Founded by Eileen Kae Relao and Wavemaker Impact’s Philippines team, Valtor integrates supplier sourcing, logistics, and design advisory into a single service for developers.

Its platform, Valtor Quotation (VQ), helps shorten procurement lead times from months to days.

The company completed its first client delivery in September 2025 with a six-day turnaround, cutting 3.6 tons of CO2e compared to traditional sourcing.

Valtor plans to launch an AI-powered bill of quantities platform in October 2025 to speed up quote generation and track carbon output, with expansion plans across Southeast Asia.
