Roblox shares reached a record high after the company reported better-than-expected daily active users and bookings for the second quarter.

The company reported 111.8 million daily active users, surpassing analysts’ forecasts of 110.95 million.

Bookings rose 51% to US$1.44 billion, exceeding estimates of US$1.26 billion.

Roblox’s game ‘Grow a Garden’ played a significant role, drawing 22 million concurrent users in July.

The platform had five games with over 10 million daily active users in July, four of which launched in the last year.

Roblox increased its full-year bookings forecast to between US$5.87 billion and US$5.97 billion.
