Qualcomm leads $8m series B for Indian AI contract platform
SpotDraft, an AI-powered contract management platform based in India, has raised US$8 million from Qualcomm Ventures in a series B extension, following a US$56 million raise in 2025.
The funding aims to enhance its AI capabilities and expand its enterprise customer base across the Americas, EMEA, and India.
The investment includes a partnership with Qualcomm to develop on-device legal AI that runs entirely on Snapdragon processors, reducing reliance on cloud connectivity.
SpotDraft showcased this technology at the Snapdragon Summit 2025, demonstrating contract review functions operating offline on Snapdragon laptops.
Its VerifAI tool performs contract analysis, clause extraction, and risk scoring locally, with cloud connectivity only for sharing and login.
The company has now raised a total of US$92 million and reports 100% year-over-year customer acquisition growth.
