Prosus FY26 revenue jumps 57% to $9.7b
Prosus, a Netherlands-based technology investor focused on ecommerce and digital platforms, reported on June 29 that FY26 ecosystem revenue increased 57% to US$9.7 billion, while ecosystem adjusted EBITDA rose 84% to US$1.3 billion.
The company also recorded a record free cash flow of US$1.5 billion.
In addition, core headline earnings per share increased 24%, and non-core asset sales reached US$2 billion.
Its FY24 annual report says revenue is often presented on an economic-interest basis from continuing operations, but accessible filings do not separately define ecosystem revenue.
The company also said it returned US$46 billion through buybacks and raised its full-year dividend by 40% to 28 euros (US$32) cents.
Prosus has previously said its repurchase program is designed to increase NAV per share.
Beyond its financial performance, Prosus highlighted developments across its technology ecosystem.
Prosus said ToqanClaw, available to more than 5 million partners globally, is a no-code AI platform that lets merchants build tools such as apps, dashboards, and automations across its food-delivery ecosystem.
Among Prosus portfolio companies, Brazil-based food-delivery company iFood reported US$400 million in adjusted EBITDA, PayU posted its first positive adjusted EBITDA at US$18 million, and OLX recorded US$481 million.
PayU could list in 2026 after Prosus prioritised improving the business.
