OpenAI has launched a small-business program centered on ChatGPT, aimed at helping owners use its AI tools in areas such as accounting, marketing, and ecommerce.

OpenAI said the program includes virtual training webinars, in-person small-business AI academies across the US, getting-started guides.

It also offers workflows and partner resources involving companies including Dropbox, Shopify, Intuit, Slack, Atlassian, and Wix.

OpenAI also said ChatGPT Work and GPT-5.6 were available to small businesses. The company said ChatGPT Work can handle multiple-step task and connect with business files and applications.

The launch comes as Google offers training and in-person workshops for US small businesses, while Microsoft provides resources and offers certification for business users of generative AI tools.
