India’s Ola Electric announced the immediate resignation of chief marketing officer Anshul Khandelwal and chief technology and product officer Suvonil Chatterjee, following the recent departure of chief human resources officer Balachandar N.

Both Khandelwal and Chatterjee cited personal reasons.

Khandelwal, who worked at Ola Electric for nearly three years, previously held roles at Foodpanda and Ola Foods.

Chatterjee joined in 2021 and was promoted to chief technology officer in 2022 after serving as head of design at Ola Consumer since 2017.

These resignations come amid growing consumer complaints about after-sales service and a probe by the Central Consumer Protection Authority.

Ola Electric has recently expanded to 4,000 stores and service centers.
