Meta-backed SG AI sales coaching startup nets $10m series A

Hupo, a Singapore-based AI sales coaching platform for banking, insurance, and financial services, has raised US$10 million in a series A round led by DST Global Partners.

Collaborative Fund, Goodwater Capital, January Capital, and Strong Ventures also joined the round.

Founded in 2022, Hupo originally started as Ami, a mental wellness platform, before shifting to offer AI sales coaching for banking, insurance, and financial services.

The company claims it now serves dozens of customers in Asia Pacific and Europe, including Prudential, AXA, Manulife, HSBC, Bank of Ireland, and Grab.

The new capital brings Hupo’s total funding to US$15 million and will be used to expand product features, scale enterprise deployments, grow its team, and support go-to-market efforts, including a planned expansion into the US.
