L’oreal to invest $383m in Indian beauty tech hub
L’Oréal plans to invest over US$380 million to establish a beauty tech hub in Hyderabad, India, aiming to serve as a global center for AI-driven beauty innovation.
The company intends to create 2,000 tech jobs by 2030 to support the development and deployment of advanced AI beauty solutions.
The partnership was formalized by L’Oréal CEO Nicolas Hieronimus and Telangana’s government at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Telangana has become a notable hub for investment and technology in southern India.
