Israel’s Gong sees valuation fall to $4.5b in secondary sale
Gong, a US- and Israel-based company that builds AI-powered sales platforms, is conducting a secondary share sale at a valuation of about US$4.5 billion.
The deal is being arranged through Nasdaq’s private market and marks a drop from Gong’s US$7.2 billion valuation in 2021.
The company reported an annual recurring revenue of about US$300 million in January 2025.
Gong serves over 4,500 clients across technology, telecom, finance, media, and healthcare, including four of the ten largest companies in the world, according to Fortune.
Gong was founded in 2015 by Amit Bendov and Eilon Reshef and has raised US$584 million to date.
