Israeli healthtech firm raises $8.3m seed funding
Israeli healthtech company Promise Bio has raised US$8.3 million in seed funding to develop its precision medicine platform.
Led by Awz Ventures, the round also saw support from AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and a grant from the Israel Innovation Authority.
The platform uses epiproteomics and AI to predict patient responses to treatments and aid in drug research.
Promise Bio plans to use the funding to accelerate the platform’s development and improve precision medicine for diseases with limited treatment options.
