Vendict, an AI-native enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform, has raised US$10 million in a series A funding round led by Moneta VC and JAL Ventures.

Existing investors NFX, Cardumen Capital, Disruptive AI, and Cyber Club London also joined, bringing the company’s total funding to US$20 million.

Vendict was founded in 2021 by Udi Cohen and Michael Keslassy and currently serves over 100 customers.

The platform provides AI-powered tools for GRC professionals, aiming to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, maintain traceability, and limit hallucinated outputs.

GRC processes still rely heavily on manual documentation in many enterprises.
