Intel Israel employees will receive a total bonus of 1.8 months’ salary for this year, with the local portion at 1.2 months, up from 0.8 months last year.

The bonus is based on company and business performance.

This payout is the last under Intel’s previous compensation system, which included a variable “local component” that will be integrated into base pay under the new model starting January 1, 2026.

The company’s broader compensation structure will continue to include quarterly profit bonuses, annual performance bonuses, and stock rewards, calculated on top of the new base salary.

The bonus announcement follows Intel’s Q4 2025 earnings, which showed revenue of US$13.7 billion, exceeding guidance, though CEO Lip-Bu Tan highlighted ongoing supply and manufacturing challenges.
